"Better late than never"
We went to Mississippi for Memorial Day to see Jeremy's sister and her husband and their 8 children. Sarah is in My Blogger Friends. We always have such a great time when we go. Always exciting drama and action going on. Last time we went to visit was last Thanksgiving and I ended up at the Hospital having a chest x-ray done because my flu got so bad, breathing brought me to tears. This year happier things happened!!

As soon as we got there we had to load up again to go to my nephews school awards ceremony.
"Hey, Heidi whatcha hidin?"
"A Kitten!?!"
Yup, we ended up getting conned into a kitten and we named it Bob because it's a bob tailed cat.
The boys attached a sheet to a box fan and then attached more sheets to each other and guess what they made........An air conditioned tent!!!!!!!
Heidi really loves Bob
Hope ran up and hugged her Daddy's leg...
and wouldn't let go,LOL!
Uncle Bob took all the kids for a ride in his truck.
"Hey, Can I come too?"
They brought back a turtle.

Hallie, on the other hand thought it was great!!

After a while Hope was fine with it, As long as Daddy was close.

Sarah had a great idea for the kids to sleep in whatever bedroom they wanted as long as they red books and kept quiet. A few were still up at 1am.
Hallie didn't make it quite that long

I played peek-a-boo with Hope to help her pass the time.
This is Heidi and Craig and their 3 children. Heidi is a childhood friend of Jeremy's. They lost touch for a while, but they were very good friends. When we were having our second child he mentioned if I would mind using the name Heidi because he had a good friend named Heidi. I didn't mind at all. After we moved to MO. we were only 5 hours away from each other so we have been able to see them a few times and they have come to our house as well. Heidi and I talk all the time on the phone too. Heidi was very touched when she found out we named our second daughter Heidi as well. I am thankful the Lord has brought us all together and we have such a great friendship.
