These pictures of her hair are about 4 years ago. A cute short bob that really brought out her curls and it wasn't messy and frizzy.
look how cute, right out of bed!!
Angled around her face
And my precious one Now!

Now she was playing, but there has to be a better way to tame her hair and she can play with out it looking like this.
I would like bangs and a bob again. Jeremy likes long hair, but isopend to suggestions and I'm not sure if that is best for her. I have tried products, but that can be expensive and I don't always have time to put stuff in it and they don't always work.
Any suggestion?? What do you think of the bob? Do you think she is too old for that again? Do you think it was cute because it was baby hair still, although she was almost 4. Do you think the Bob may solve the problem? Please help me and you can refer your hair expert friends here for their opinions too.

Both of my girls have straight hair, so I haven't faced the same hair issues. But I will say that the longer the hair is, the more work it requires to look neat and presentable. A regular trim is essential, even if it's just a quarter of an inch every 2 months to freshen up the ends. And working with it daily is necessary too. I'm not a good judge of curly hair...I wish I could help you more!
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteI think the bob is super cute! I'm close to getting my daughter's hair cut because once it gets down to her back it gets so hard to keep it from getting tangled. There are alot of hair blogs out there, with cute hairstyles just for little girls. 'the story of a princess and her hair' is one of them (sorry don't know the exact address right off hand), and she has links to others on her blog.
Hope that helps!
Julianne :)
Not sure where to tell you to get icons. I'd just google it. What kind of icons are you looking for?
ReplyDeleteDo you have an ultrasound pic? Maybe you could make your own. Just write text over a pic. Will be praying for you.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with Rori and I keep hers layered and cut chin length
ReplyDeleteDear Ellen,
ReplyDeleteI love the bob! I had not EVEN read this post yet, and my very first thought upon seeing the top photo of your daughter was…WOW, I love that cute hair! As I scrolled down I continued to love every picture of that cute hair. I was puzzled when I read, “And my precious one Now!” So I went back to the top of the post to see what you were writing about. I so not think she is too old for the bobbed hair.
All of your daughters are absolutely beautiful. Those photos on the sidebar with the numbers are way cute.
I came over from Julianne’s blog to see you. Great blog!
