Sharing some cute stuff!!

There is a story to this dress. It's amazing I even have this dress.

When I was in High School in our christian school my teacher had a teenage boy and a girl a few years younger and I was friends with her daughter well we all got the shock of our lives when we found out my teacher was pregnant. So we had a shower and all guessed what it would be. Of course I guessed a girl and guess what, I was right!!

Her name was Alyssa and she was my pride and joy! I loved that girl as if she were my own. We were bonded. I bought her things and spoiled her rotten.

Well, one year our church took a missions trip to Mexico. The principal of our christian school had a missionary brother so we went to go visit and help them there. While we were there I came across this dress shop with all these beautiful dresses. I was in "Spoil Alyssa Heaven". I wanted them all. So I picked out the dress you see above on my Hope.

Alyssa wore it till she grew out of it, then they past it on to another little girl in the church and then they gave it back to Alyssa's mom who in turn gave it back to me to"wear on my girl some day". None of us knew at the time it would go through 3 girls God would give to me. It had a hat too, but It has gotten lost somewhere along the way.

I'm just amazed it is still in such good condition after 5 girls wearing it.

I also wanted to share my mother's day cards.
